Healthcare for All

Every family deserves affordable, accessible healthcare. Joshua will fight to lower costs, expand mental health services, and protect coverage for pre-existing conditions.

When our nation was founded, the Declaration of Independence proclaimed that all people are endowed with the inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. These truths remain self-evident today. And in the 21st century, each of these ideals is inseparably linked to one thing: healthcare.

So, friends, family, neighbors—let us fight together. Let us demand healthcare for all. Because healthy children grow into healthy adults, healthy adults become healthy seniors, and healthy communities create a stronger nation.

"Healthcare is not just policy. It is life. It is liberty. And it is happiness. Healthcare is a human right."

Safe Communities

Safety means both strong policing and smart prevention.

Joshua believes that safety is not just the absence of crime—it’s the presence of trust, opportunity, and accountability. That’s why he supports a balanced approach that invests in both effective law enforcement and community-driven prevention efforts to keep every family in Gwinnett secure.

Joshua will champion community policing initiatives that strengthen relationships between officers and the neighborhoods they serve. He supports better funding for training programs that emphasize de-escalation, crisis response, and cultural competency—ensuring that officers are equipped to serve with fairness and compassion.

At the same time, Joshua knows that real safety begins long before a crime is committed. He supports youth mentorship programs, after-school opportunities, and mental health intervention services that give young people positive paths forward. By investing in prevention and support systems, we can reduce recidivism and create safer communities for generations to come.

“A safe community is one where every neighbor is seen, every voice is heard, and every family can live without fear.”

Educational Safety & Excellence

Teachers deserve resources, parents deserve choice, and students deserve opportunity.

Joshua believes that education is the cornerstone of every strong community—and that our future depends on how well we prepare our children today. He will fight for fully funded public schools that provide every child, regardless of background or zip code, with the same high-quality education and opportunity for success.

Joshua supports competitive teacher pay and the resources educators need to succeed. Teachers should be free to teach, not burdened with overcrowded classrooms, outdated materials, or fear for their safety. He will champion investments in school safety measures, including secure facilities, mental health support, and well-trained staff to protect both students and educators.

He also believes that parents deserve real choices—not just in where their children learn, but in how education meets their child’s individual needs. That means expanding access to career and technical education, STEM programs, and college-readiness pathways that prepare students for both the workforce and higher education.

Joshua understands that learning doesn’t stop at the classroom door. He supports after-school enrichment, mentorship programs, and community partnerships that give students safe spaces to grow, explore, and thrive.

When we invest in teachers, empower parents, and inspire students, we’re not just improving schools—we’re shaping Georgia’s future.”

Small Business & Jobs

Local businesses are the engine of growth.

Joshua believes that when small businesses thrive, communities thrive. From family-owned shops and restaurants to tech startups and contractors, local entrepreneurs are the backbone of Gwinnett’s economy. As your State Representative, Joshua will champion policies that empower small business owners, attract new employers, and create high-wage jobs that allow residents to live, work, and prosper right here in Gwinnett.

He will advocate for targeted tax incentives and low-interest loan programs to help small businesses expand, hire locally, and reinvest in the community. Joshua understands that government should be a partner in progress—not an obstacle—and will work to cut red tape that prevents entrepreneurs from launching or growing their businesses.

Joshua will also fight to strengthen job training and apprenticeship programs that connect residents to modern careers in healthcare, technology, logistics, and the skilled trades. He supports collaboration between local schools, technical colleges, and employers to build a workforce ready for the jobs of tomorrow.

Infrastructure is another key to economic success. Joshua will push for investments in roads, broadband, and transit that make it easier for businesses to operate efficiently and for workers to access opportunity.

By supporting entrepreneurs, investing in people, and building smart infrastructure, Joshua will help drive economic growth that benefits everyone—not just the few at the top.

“When we invest in our small businesses, we’re investing in our people, our neighborhoods, and the future of Gwinnett.”

Transportation & Infrastructure

Gwinnett needs modern roads, transit options, and safe neighborhoods.

Joshua believes that progress begins with connection—connection between communities, between opportunity and access, and between where people live and where they work. As Gwinnett continues to grow, we must plan for the future, not just the present. That means investing in forward-looking infrastructure that keeps pace with our economy and supports the quality of life our residents deserve.

Joshua will advocate for modern, well-maintained roads that ease congestion and improve commute times, while also championing regional transit solutions that link Lilburn and other communities to Metro Atlanta. He supports a long-term transit corridor plan that includes expanded bus routes, rapid transit options, and green, sustainable transportation systems that serve both residents and businesses.

Infrastructure isn’t just about roads—it’s about safety, accessibility, and community. Joshua will push for smart infrastructure upgrades, including improved lighting, sidewalks, and crosswalks to protect pedestrians and cyclists. He supports investments in public safety technology and emergency response systems that help law enforcement and first responders serve residents more effectively.

Joshua also believes infrastructure should prepare Gwinnett for the next generation. He will work to expand high-speed internet access to every home and business, ensuring that students can learn, workers can telecommute, and small businesses can compete in a digital economy.

By focusing on sustainability, safety, and innovation, Joshua’s vision for infrastructure is simple: build a Gwinnett that works for everyone—connected, efficient, and ready for the future.

“Strong communities are built on strong connections. When we invest in infrastructure, we’re investing in people, progress, and possibility.”
